Frequently asked questions

What is Pickwright?

Pickwright is a live draft companion for fantasy commissioners. It runs an accurate, room-sized countdown clock, supports snake (serpentine) and standard draft orders, and includes a draft-lottery reveal to set your order.

Is it free?

Yes — you can run a draft free with a 2-round limit. Pickwright Pro unlocks unlimited rounds, premium controls, and advanced draft tools.

What's the difference between the Annual and Lifetime options?

Annual is an auto-renewable subscription billed once a year. Lifetime is a single one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently. Both give you the exact same full features — pick whichever suits you.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same App Store / Google Play account you bought with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

Does the timer keep accurate time if my phone locks or I switch apps?

Yes. The clock is wall-clock based, so it stays accurate even if the screen sleeps or you leave the app and come back.

Will I lose my draft if I get interrupted?

No — Pickwright auto-saves as you go and resumes right where you left off.

Is my data private?

Your leagues and drafts stay on your device; we don't collect personal data or track you. The app sends only anonymous crash diagnostics to help us fix bugs, which you can turn off in Settings → Crash Reporting. See our Privacy Policy for details.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

Great — email support@hyntyt.tech with what happened (and steps to reproduce, if you can). We read every message.
