Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pickwright (“the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provided by HYNTYT Technologies Inc. (“the Provider”), handles information when you use the app.

Short version: Pickwright has no accounts and does not sell your data or track you. Your leagues and drafts stay on your device. The only thing that leaves it is anonymous crash diagnostics, which help us fix bugs.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Pickwright has no user accounts and no sign-in, and does not send the leagues, drafts, or settings you create to us or to any third-party server. (The one exception is anonymous crash diagnostics — see section 2.)

The app stores the following only on your device, so that it can function and remember your work between sessions:

This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed when you delete the app.

2. Crash and error reporting

To keep the app stable, production builds send anonymous crash and error diagnostics to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider. These reports contain technical information only: the error and its stack trace, device model and operating-system version, the app version, and non-personal app-state breadcrumbs (for example, “draft started”). They do not include your name, any account (there are none), your league or team names, your location, or any advertising identifier. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix problems. You can turn crash reporting off at any time in the app’s Settings → Crash Reporting; when it’s off, nothing is sent.

Pickwright contains no third-party advertising and no analytics or ad-tracking SDKs, does not create an advertising profile, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

3. Purchases

Pickwright offers optional paid upgrades (an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime unlock). These purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your name, payment card, or billing details. We only receive, from the platform, a signal of whether you are entitled to the paid features.

4. Sharing features

If you choose to share draft results or a screenshot using your device’s share sheet, that action is initiated by you and handled by your device’s operating system and the app you share to. Pickwright does not upload that content to us.

5. Children’s privacy

Pickwright is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because your data is stored only on your device, you are in control of it. You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the app. We do not hold any copy of your data.

7. Your rights

As we do not collect or store your personal data on our systems, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) grant you rights over personal data; those rights are satisfied here because no such data is collected by us.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data — for example, if a future version adds analytics or connects a new service — we will update this policy and its “Last updated” date, and, where required, request your consent in the app before any new data collection begins.
